Warranty Information On Watches

  • Warranty On Watches

All watches we offer online are brand new, genuine, and authentic. We purchase our watches from authorized dealers, distributors, and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry. The watch industry generally maintains certain retail prices and discounts, however at Glooks.com, we offer genuine brand name watches at significant discounts prices from that of the manufacturer's suggested retail price. Due to our discounted pricing, for certain brands, we may not fit into so-called "Authorized Dealers" as defined by the manufacturer.
Our warranty coverage on our watches are generally from three to four years depending on the watch brand from Glooks not other brand watch companies. The detail part of our product display specifies the length of the warranty coverage. Our warranty covers movement, which is the core of any watch. The batteries are covered for 6 months from the day we ship the watch (Maximum $10 will be covered). The repair should takes about up to 3 months depending on the watch brand.

  • The warranty does not cover the following:

Watch case, watch bracelet, straps, crown and stems, crystal and glass, finishes, damage caused by excessive wear/tear and or physical/accidental abuse, and water damages (Important: All brand watches are water resistance not water proof). Also, all shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. This warranty is valid only at authorized repair centers and at Glooks.com. Improper repairs serviced by unauthorized personals will void the warranty.


  • How To Get Your Warranty Service

Before sending the your watch for repairs, please contact us at service@glooks.com for repair authorization number (RMA). Once you have been issued an RMA number, please send the watch back to us at our mailing address.

Please properly package your watch from even further damage, and be sure to INSURE your package for the price you paid with reliable carrier, such as UPS or FEDEX. All shipping costs related to repairs are your responsibility.
