Return & Exchanges


  • What is your return policy ?

    Within 30 days from the day we ship your watches, and 20 days for your perfumes, you may contact us for a return merchandise assignment number (RMA) for return or one time exchange. After the RMA number has been issued, the item must be sent back to us within the 10 days. 

    All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
    The
    5% restocking fee will be waived on watches and perfumes returned for exchange for an item of equal or greater value.


    When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less 5% restocking fee.

    Watches which have been sized (by anyone including Glooks) are not returnable. 

    Freight charges (FedEx) for all return and exchange will be the responsibility of the customer.


  • Watch:

    We only offer you one time exchange or return on your order. (If you exchange your watch, you cannot return or exchange again - one time only. Please be sure to select your watch before you exchange)
     
    Do not
    size your watches. We cannot accept watches that are sized.
    Watches must be in their "original" condition without scratches or damages, with protective plastics on items that had the protective films on them when we shipped.

    Please do not write anything on the manufacturer's box, instruction manuals, warranty cards, or any other packaging an accessories that came with the watch. 
    Otherwise, additional restocking fee may apply.

    We do not accept return and exchange on special orders. We will confirm with your on all special orders before processing your order. Special orders are generally the items that are not on our site but customers special request them.

  • Perfume:

    Only original designer perfumes are sold at Glooks.com. We absolutely do not offer knockoffs or copies. Our goal is to provide the perfumes that you need at the best price possible while serving you with best possible service. All perfumes are packaged well to protect the bottles, and the packages are fully insured for the full value. If the packages get lost or damaged, we will simply replace the perfume for you.

    Due to the nature of the products, perfumes do not come with warranties. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return your perfumes within 20 days from the original date of shipment in unopened and unused condition. Please refer to the return policy for further details on returning your perfumes.

  • What are the procedures for a return ?
    Within 30 days from the day we ship your watch, and 20 days for your perfume simply email us at sales@glooks.com to receive an RMA number if you wish to exchange or return your item.
    Please make sure that you have been assigned a RMA number before sending any items back to us.
    Include copy of the original invoice, and clearly write the RMA number on the invoice.
    For your protection, we recommend that all items be insured (FedEx or UPS or USPS) for the full value of the goods. 

    If you do send the watch back without the RMA number, we reserve the right to refuse your package

    Once we receive your package, we will inspect to make sure that the watch is not damaged or altered in anyway. We simply need the item back as they were when we sent them to you. Once the inspection is passed, we will issue your credit in the same manner of payment we received. We will refund the whole amount you paid less shipping fee.
