• Do I have to pay sales tax? Top

The simple rule for the sales tax is that if your order is not shipped within the State of California, there is no applicable sales tax. Hence, you only pay for the price of the watch if you qualify for the free shipping.

The current state law requires that 8.75% sales tax be collected on all orders shipped within the State of California. 

All shipments shipped outside of California are not taxed.

• Are your products new? Top

All watches and perfumes on our site are 100% brand new.

All watches come with the original box, papers; and all perfumes are shipped in the original packaging.

• Are your products genuine brands? Top

It is against the law to offer counterfeits imposed as genuine brands.

We are in the business of offering only genuine brand name products. As indicated above, we are legally and morally bound to serve our customers with the genuine brand name products.

All watches, perfumes, and any brand names represented on our store front are 100% genuine brand names.
All inclusive brand names mentioned on our site are brand names of the respective holders.

• What is your return policy? Top

If you don't like the watch you've ordered, or you change your mind about a fragrance, or you just simply decided to get something else, we offer no hassle 30 day return policy.

The 30 day return policy applies to 30 days from the day we ship the products. 

All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
 The 5% restocking fee will be waived on watches and perfumes returned for exchange for an item of equal or greater value.
 
 When we receive your items, we will refund your order amount less 5% restocking fee.

We also ask that you do not wear the watch/(es) and that you do not open the fragrances if you decide to return the product/(s).

All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging materials, warranty cards (unfilled), documentation, and manuals. Otherwise, additional restocking fee may apply.

In all fairness, we are simply asking you to return the product within 30 days the product was shipped in the same condition we sent to you. Watches which have been sized (by anyone including Glooks) are not returnable.

Freight charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

For a return or exchange, please contact us for a return assignment number (RMA).

 When we receive your item/(s), we will refund your order amount less shipping fee.

• When do you charge my credit card? Top

Once your order is received, we go through routine verification processes to ensure that the credit card is verified.

We do not charge in real-time, which means that we do not automatically charge your credit card when the order comes through.

All credit cards are charged on the day that the products are shipped.

• What is your International shipment policy? Top

We gladly ship to all over the world, with few exceptions;
(we do not ship to Afghanistan, Angola, Bangladesh, Bulgaria, Burma, Burundi, Congo, Cuba, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Poland, Romania, Rwanda, Seychelles, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen).

We receive frequent orders from all over the world, and the typical form of payment from international destinations are major credit cards or wire transfer or PayPal payments.

• What do you charge for shipping? Top

US Only

If your purchase total is $90 or over, you will receive free shipping.

Most watches we offer are over $90 dollars, and thus you should automatically qualify for free shipping. If the purchase is under $90, you simply pay a flat $5 FedEx shipping charge.

We also offer other shipping options for your delivery needs.

Canada & International Only

 International shipping is $39.
 Canada shipping is $22 or $39.

• Is my private information secure? Top

The sections of our on-line store where we ask you for information such as your name, phone number, and other information required to process your order are encrypted with the well known industry standard SSL technology.

The well known companies that provide the SSL technologies are the Godaddy, GeoTrust, Verisign and Thawte company.

All pertaining data are encrypted before transmitted from your computer to our server. Thus, no third party either with good or bad intensions can intercept the information and decode it for their private use.

• Do you match prices? Top

We strongly believe that price is not the only part of the service we are here to provide. Depending on the circumstances, some companies may under cut our prices while others may offer at higher prices.

If you give us a chance for the price match, we will do our best to see if we can match the price.
Please consider that we will not be able to match all prices since the price discrepancy may be due to factors that are not controllable by our company.

• Do your watches have serial numbers? Top

All watches we offer on our site retain their serial numbers. We do not remove the serial numbers that the manufactures inscribed on the watches.
